Yes, its true…

Im leaving FF for the summer, and my account is in writing moment deactivated… The last 2 summers have gotten away from me cause Ive been spending it in front of the XboX… This year however I have made so many plans, I dont see how it would fit with FF at all… Thus I made up my mind to leave until summer is over…

I logged in on Saturday to say bye to all my friends, also give away some pop items im sure sky shell will need… and I spent my last evening there doing something I’ve always loved since I started it…

Not only was it Dyna-Xarc, but this saturday was my saturday run nr. 100… hundred dyna runs… hundred saturday evenings kicking ass and collecting gear… And I thought I woul dget tired after 60 runs…

Now Im gonna just lie and say my last run was fuggin EPIC !!!!

Anyhew, out of the run I said my goodbye’s for now, I even got pretty for my last evening…

And Seliant, my now oldest friend in the game, saw me off… it was very touching… He’s chipper though, sure that time will pass fast and Ill be back in no time… yea, im sure I will…

Ofc I must log on to check Bonanza results at the end of the month !! {Excitement}

Iron Dancer…

Was talking to Joe about cool stuff for WAR, the man has alot of knowledge about a job he hasnt even lvl’s himself… that M next to his name says it all though… anyhew, GA are kinda expensive… I just sold my Horror Voulge for 40k… I dont remember paying that when I got it 2 years ago, but allright, no complaints…

Then Joe said “you should get the Eisentaenzer, its free”…

Yes I should, shouldnt I… cause I love NM camping… If I had a moustache it would curl everytime I talked about NM camping…

I still got on my THF and dragged my legs to Gustav Tunnel… I knew where NM would pop, that it was WAR, that it could be soloed… that it MIGHT drop a GA called Eisentaenzer, AKA Iron Dancer…

Ok here we go… Killed all the gobs in the room, was like 4 of them… and waited for repops… I assumed repops was 5 min, but I was wrong… So outta boredom I killed all the leeches… then all the flies… Figured it had to be 15 min pop when a Reaper showed back up… so I killed him and noticed the time on my XboX menu…

Everyone on XboX knows when you push the middle button on controller a window opens on youre TV making it hard to see what happens in the game… Im sure many ppl have been aggroed cause they stopped to answer a XboX msg, I know I have… Its why I dont use MSN on XboX… Ever…

When I closed XboX window and got back to the game, my HP was in yellow and something was bashing me from behind… Fuggin NM had spawned from one of the Reapers…

Aye, it does aggro a 75… Hit pretty hard too, that lil rascal… Tok me a few minutes to kill him, he used his Mighty Strikes and all that jazz…

And oh my… Well that was lucky… pop after 15 min and 1/1…

Then Joe meant it was 100% drop, so I looked it up later in the evening, and saw this comment:

First WAR AF!!!

Yes’sah… since level cap will be raised wheter we dig it or not, I felt I had to look into my sj’s… DNC is cool, its 59… So its regarding WAR, WHM, NIN and DRK… DRK is ok to have until RDM is lvl 90 and can use BLM for stun sub… Still might aswell take them all to 50′ish…

Well then, pty on… havent touched WAR in maybe 2 years, but I wanted to start with that… I was halfway expecting it to be hard to get pty, had a friend on Hades and she always complained how impossible it was to get a friggin pty on WAR… but ofc that was before the level sync days…

Didnt take long to ding 40, and heck yea, its time to start AF weapon quest !!! So I ran to Bastok mines, there is a little old lady, Phara, not far from MH… she asked me for some Sword Grip Material… okidoki, so I dressed in red and went to Davoi… to the open area at K-9 / K-10, where there are alot of orcs running around and a bunch of tent’s… I was looking for a Hide Flap, wasnt hard to spot, and just killed every orc around tent to avoid aggro… then I searched the tent and spawned 2 NM’s, a WAR and a DRK…

Yes they died…

And I got my key item from the Hide Flap and went back to bastok… Phara told me to come back later, so I had to wait a game day… Then She wanted me to seek out her grandson Naji in metalworks… after talking to him I got my weapon:

Im still wondering why it was an Axe and not a Great Axe…

What gives ??

Trial of the Magians: Trial 17

With Trial 16 over and done on both daggers, I could now focus on Trial 17…

Crabbies… They usually harder to bring down then bunnies, with their sassy lil defense bonuses and stoneskin… Wiki recommended going to Vunkerl Inlet (S), cause of frequent wind and lightning weather there… so thats what I did…

In the area I did a quick search, and saw a jap pty doing Trial 17… And I was like…

{Hello}Trial 17{Crab}{Team up?} ^^

I got no answer… Instead they killed every crab in sight, like 3-4 at a time… They even pulled crabs I was about to claim…

YES GODDAMN RIGHT I WAS BUTTHURT…

Managed to kill about 10 on my own before I skulked to sky and moaned to Sotel about the unfairness of life… Sorry for whining but I was just shocked to my fucking core…

So after Sky me and Sotel went to the past, lil more strenght in numbers… The jap pty I saw earlier was gone, but there was a new one there… And I asked again for team up… but no… I was ignored once more… Or leader was away for a very very veeeery goddamn long time, of course I dont know this for sure… I just know that me and Sotel did a damn good job killing crabs… so good we most likely slowed the other pty down… alot…

Bout 20 min later I get a tell from leader asking about Team Up… Oh I lol’d… but yes of course I invited them to Alliance with us… Im not a complete dick, pfft… Was smooth sailing after that… got interrupted few hours cause of dyna, but at the end of the day first Trial 17 was over…

And a Brand new dagger I got…

Sunday morning I started Trial 17 on second dagger and went back to Inlet [S]… Dragged Lukaan with me too, so kills would be faster… I put a big fat invitation to all Trial 17 peeps on my /seacom… 5 min later we had a nice pty going on and killed really fast… had nice luck with the weather too, and I actually finished my trial before having to go to sky… I was there no more then 3 hrs, it was awesome…

However I now found myself at a crossroad…

I know… I want the evasion dagger… absolutely… So I started Trial 24 on one of them…

But the other…

Evasion ?? Or attack ??

To Flan or not to Flan ?? Thats is the Question !!

Trial of the Magians: Trial 16… 1/2 complete

Yes laddies !!! We have progress afot… Happy to say Trial 16 was almost a joy to do, I ran into other THF’s doing the same trial, and frankly not teaming up with them would be sheer stupidity…

So the first 100 bunnies was done very fast, and I went to the moogle to trade my Peeler and got my new weapon:

THEN… I got a new Peeler… and signed up for another Trial 16… Yea, might as well do them both at once… If I stress around with the 1st dagger, I might lose my motivation to do a second one…

Hurr, indeed I did…

Have been thinking about it alil while now, but wondering WHY I should just add more work on top of everything else im doing atm… also with the new update coming soon… Do I really need to torture myself with this ??

Apparantly I do want this torture… I went to moogle and got my THF/BRD/DNC trial weapon… Ze Peeler…

I can see the finished result should be useful for a possibly future DNC… Not sure if Solo BRD excist in big numbers, but it would be a nice weapon for BRD aswell…

I started Trial 16:

I headed to Uleguerand Range where the bunnies are nasty and the weather is icy… I only killed about 6 before I had to log, but a few things is very clear to me…

A: I need more Acid and Bloody bolts…

B: Im very glad I have Romidiant, and hes gonna have a rough future with me…

C: This might take some time… Unless I bribe someone to help…

So… Anyone doing trial 16 ??

I know I went on and on about this Racc belt dispensing Bronze bullets coming from a Brown Chest in South Gustaberg… yea, it didnt turn up in a brown chest as fast as I hoped… Ah well, Im gonna lvl COR without it…

Also some time back I was farming in  W Sarutabaruta I got this… cute lil thing isnt it, though ill admit the delay on the cor guns are getting on my nerve a smidge…

Also I wasnt /anon for a reason when I went out soloing… I loathe SMN burns, cause they gimp youre skills so badly… but for me… at this lvl with COR I was capped out on everything, so wasnt a big deal…

In fact the only job I DONT want to SMN burn is SMN… heh…

Bout 5 min after I dinged 12 I got a SMN burn invite… So I went there and got to lvl 23 within 15 min… so fast, gotta love that…

I didnt really wanna end it at 23 though, horrible uneven number, so I skipped over to Jugner Forest for some FoV fun… COR isnt as strong with the sword as I was hoping… And no, I didnt buy any daggers cause I wasnt planning on taking it very high for now… range attack isnt the best either… but still I was having a great time in Jugner with the leeches, and lvl 24 came fast…

Then I got a tell from Scalor, he asked me if I wanted to join MMM… 2 sec’s later he admits they just wanted me for my Corsair’s roll and Hunter’s roll… bastards…

Havent really tried MMM much, so not 100% sure how it works, but ah well, I got some marble copy from the menu, so no need to torture brain cell’s to figure MMM out just yet… we went in and killed a bunch of birds, in the end we got 5500 exp points… that tipped me over from lvl 24 to 25…

And now I got enough marbles to get the Eye-Patch I wanted so much when MMM first came out… I was looking at it in menu and thinking “naaah”… Just inventory -1 anyways… (might change my mind tomorrow though)
